Her own state of the art studio (converted from a bothy bungalow) is fitted
with both studio flash and fluorescent lights, plus fibre optics, light tables,
light boxes and light tents. Here she is able to produce naturalistic shots of
small aquatic life or images of plants and other small wildlife suitable for
cut out. The majority of her studio work concentrates on macro subjects and she
has written two books on close-up photography techniques.
